Tratak Kriya: Improve your Concentration, Vision, and Will Power by practicing some eye exercises and focusing on a candlelight or a spot. Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): Melt away your stress by lying down and following the verbal cues. This class will take you into a state somewhere between wakefulness and sleep.
