New to Yoga

  1. When dressing for a yoga class, wear something comfortable and form-fitting.

  2. Have your own water bottle, towel, and yoga mat.

  3. Listen to your body.

  4. If you can not do a certain pose, don't stress.

  5. When you take yoga at home for beginners class try to keep your mind open and avoid self-judgment.

  6. Have fun!
